Many people like to be busy with many different skills. They feel that if they learn too much, nothing will ever stick very well in their brain. Other people prefer to do just one thing for a long time. They like the feeling of becoming really good at it before trying anything new.

It is not easy to choose between these two ways of learning. Sometimes one way works better than the other for a person at that moment in their life. The best choice depends on where you want to go next with your own time and energy.
